Fetch TV offers an assisted install service, where an engineer will call, at an agreed time, to install your SmartBox, make sure that it is optimised for your TV and audio set-up and connect it to your home network. They will scan all the available TV channels and even give you a full demonstration of the FetchTV service and answer any questions you may have.
