* Promotion Period - This promotion is available on FetchTV for customers who complete the necessary survey before 15/04/11. * Promotion - If you complete the survey provided as a link in the Fetch News mail out on 01/04/11 and you meet the Eligibility Criteria below then you will be entitled to a credit on your FetchTV account (the "Credit") for the values set out in these terms. *This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion * Eligibility Criteria - You will only be eligible if you meet the following criteria: - You have a FetchTV account registered with a valid credit/debit card; - You have completed the April Customer Satisfaction Survey, as detailed in Fetch News 01/04/11 * Credit - If you are eligible, a credit will be added to your account, * The Credit will be added to your account and will automatically be used towards any purchase you make of pay per view content on FetchTV using your FetchTV account on your SmartBox. * FetchTV service terms and conditions will apply to your FetchTV services, see Terms and Conditions for details.
